The management and work culture are my favourite out of any other places I have worked. The scheduling and supervisory staff are all extremely accommodating and more than willing to help get you hours, whether you work part-time or full-time. While it is a growing company with its sights set on expansion, it is (at this time of writing) a company that has almost 20 employees including the president and all management; as such, there is currently not much room for upwards advancement simply because there are very few positions to fill.

The hardest part of the job is the frustration of days being cut short and the down-season that is winter. As a window cleaning company, the vast majority of the work is done outside, which means if there is a blizzard or thunderstorm approaching, work needs to be paused or cut off. Still, the work is highly satisfying and the management/supervisory staff are excellent and will take care of you.
