I have a reason to believe I found myself with Technorely and my current position. In my opinion you are able to grow up only if you deal with difficult and absorbing tasks. Here I met up with people who have helped and inspired me so now I can definitely be sure people… no, team is so much essential in personal development. I remember first times I was confused of what to do in unclear situations and every time I received feedback and advice so that gave me enough opportunities to not give up and pass through. Perhaps I should also mention that company has now five great business analysts in our department. This fact cannot but rejoice because it makes business analysis process more easier and productive.
