It is very hard to write a review about a typical day at Aspire Global as no day is a "typical" day. Our day changes hour to hour which means we must all keep open minds and be flexible to whatever challenges arise. Our days starts off with reviewing our morning email from our overseas office - This email is a word document that has a list of questions and or answers for any sales order, shoe design or production issue that may arise. Once the "issues" of the day are prioritized I must then delegate work to staff / self and attack each issue head on. Our day can vary from having to clean out our sample room with various trips to the dumpster to hosting and presenting product at a high level meeting with buyers and executive management. I am fortunate that I thrive in this type of environment as each day is never boring or monotonous. I have had the pleasure of having a wonderful staff working with me where we are able to get the work done and keep the energy level high even when there is enormous pressure.
