I would say work-life balance is not the right term to use with Bitfury. It's more like work-freedom balance. You have a demanding but rewarding job/role, and with that Bitfury gives you the freedom to pursue new projects, skills, goals, trainings, education, opportunities, travel, etc. So Bitfury is really a best fit for the kind of people who thrive on that kind of life and want to keep achieving and growing themselves professionally. You may have to stay late, or do early calls, or answer your phone on the weekend, but in return Bitfury treats you like an adult and gives you that flexibility back during the work week. It's really nice in my opinion, but could be a con for some people!
