The company overall is great. Just like any other company, it has to have some means of support and customer service; no matter the company this is not typically a pleasant gig. BigCommerce certainly isn't magically making it a fun or rewarding job, but it's certainly one of the better call centers out there in the area. You can definitely do worse.

I enjoyed my time working at Bigcommerce. The people and culture are great and I was a big fan of the leadership team. It was an exciting place to learn a lot about business

If you are looking to join a start-up that's making waves in the e-commerce industry, this is the company to get started with! There was always something new to learn, events to attend, weekly company hall meetings (with a fun drink or two), and beautiful eclectic culture to be a part of.

Great place to work and learn alot about ecommerce. You get a free store to use as a test environment or to start your own online store. Free access to some paid apps also. I love working here. The only bad things are all of the so called "developers" who are highly (I say that lightly) qualified engineers who call in about issues they can not figure out expecting Tier 1 support to figure it out. Another one is all of the people who have no clue about online businesses that start a store and call "support" thinking we are going to do EVERYTHING for them.

The marketing team is the best. I started working as an intern and was kept on after my internship. The company culture really great and the company puts a lot of effort into making everyone feel welcome.

Great company to Work for, CEO has a clear vision for the road to success and I was eager to be on that train. I was only tech support but I still got the chance to talk to some of the upper management and felt I was contributing in a meaningful manner to the growth of the company. regular company-wide updates on Friday happy-hour (beer provided!). Only downside as a tech agent was a poor attendance policy which is the only reason I am not still there.

Loved working here, definitely one of my best jobs. They had happy hours every friday. My manager was the best I've had so far.
