I have a reason to believe I found myself with Technorely and my current position. In my opinion you are able to grow up only if you deal with difficult and absorbing tasks. Here I met up with people who have helped and inspired me so now I can definitely be sure people… no, team is so much essential in personal development. I remember first times I was confused of what to do in unclear situations and every time I received feedback and advice so that gave me enough opportunities to not give up and pass through. Perhaps I should also mention that company has now five great business analysts in our department. This fact cannot but rejoice because it makes business analysis process more easier and productive.

What I want to say about this company. When company starter to work, there were just 4 people and that's all. But one year later, the company raised to 100 people and now we have two very nice offices in Kharkov and Kiev. The only thing which you need to know about company, we have a very good team and if it needs to work more on the project (like overtime) or learning something new in a short time, we will do it and we are not planning to give up when we have some troubles or obstacles on our way

It’s a big advantage to work with high skilled dev-team. Especially I am impressed by mobile team as really experienced guys with a huge background of variety complicated problems solving. It’s really great to be the part of the fast-growth process of the company. It's all about quality, capacity and openness to the new ideas and technologies.
